Online Consultation

Thank you for consulting us. Please choose the type of consultation from the drop down menu below and complete the formalities. Once the payment is completed, you will be automatically redirected to the respective form.

We use the time-tested and world-class "PayPal" payment gateway which is secure. Payment transaction will occur on PayPal servers. The entire process takes only a few minutes.

NOTE: YOU NEED NOT HAVE A UNITED STATES CREDIT CARD TO USE PAYPAL. You need not have PayPal account to use this payment gateway.

Once you choose the type of consultation and hit "Pay Now" you will be redirected to PayPal website where you can use your credit card or online banking to complete payment.

Once Payment is over, you will be redirected to the Nephrology form or the Diet form where you can fill the details. You will receive your reply in 48 hours.

Nephrology Consultation

One Time Consult ( $ 10 + taxes)

  • Best suited for one-time second opinions.

  • Single payment valid for one patient only.

  • Payment valid upto three e-mail responses only.

One Time Skype Consult ( $ 20 + taxes)

  • Live Interaction can allow the advantage of "seeing" the patient

  • Single payment valid for one patient only.

  • Payment valid upto three e-mail responses only.

One Month Consults ( $ 50 + taxes)

  • Best Suited for cases needing Short Term Follow-up, e.g. ARF.

  • Single payment valid for one patient only.

  • Payment valid upto one month from the date of first consultation.

Diet Consultation

One Time Consult ( $ 7.99 + taxes )

  • Best suited for first - time diet consultation.

  • Single payment valid for one patient only.

  • Payment valid upto three e-mail responses only.

One Month Consults ( $ 30 + taxes)

  • Best Suited for cases needing menu planning, tailor-made recipes etc.

  • Single payment valid for one patient only.

  • Payment valid upto one month from the date of first consultation.

I don't have USA credit card or bank account. Can I still pay on your website ?

Definitely. PayPal accepts all Visa and MasterCard cards from any country.

How will the payment reflect on my Credit Card statement ?

It will reflect as "Kidney Advice".

What if I do not receive any reply after I have made payment and posted my query ?

We assure you of a response to your query within 48 hrs !

How can we get in touch on "Skype" ?

Once you have chosen the " One tome Skype Consult" option, you will be given an appointment for the same. The skype id to be contacted will be mailed to you. The appointment can be fixed on mutually convinient timings cutting across time-zones.
